Job summary

Arkansas Baptist Children's Homes & Family Ministries seeks part-time Clinical Counselors working with Living Well Professional Counseling. Counselors are paid per session according to agency fee schedules and must complete W-4 and Arkansas Withholding forms on hire.

Independent licensed providers (LPC, LCSW, etc.) are preferred, but other licensed professionals will be considered. A minimum of 15 counseling hours per week is expected, with the option to build client load over a 3-month period.

Qualifications

• Independent licensed provider is preferred (LPC, LCSW, etc.) but other licensed providers will be considered.
• Provide a minimum of 15 hours of counseling services each week.

Responsibilities

• Counsel families, couples, and individuals with professional skills and Christian compassion.
• Attend weekly group consultation with other counselors.
• Maintain communication with administrative staff regarding hours and sessions scheduled.
