Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare of Allen is seeking a compassionate Childcare Provider to join our in-home care team. You will create a safe, nurturing environment and support children’s physical, emotional, and social development in clients’ homes or schools.

The role is part-time with flexible hours. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in Early Childhood Education or related field is preferred. Excellent communication and the ability to lift and move with ease are essential.

Qualifications

• Part-Time schedule with flexible hours.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
• Experience working with children, preferably in a healthcare or childcare setting.
• Ability to lift, bend, and move with ease.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one care and support to children in their homes, schools, or other settings.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each child.
• Engage in activities that promote physical and emotional well-being, such as feeding, reading, and playing.
• Maintain accurate and thorough records of care and observations.
• Collaborate with family members, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of child development and the ability to adapt to changing needs and circumstances.
