Right At School is hiring a Program Manager to lead a team of Educators and oversee daily operations at our Bremerton program. You will coach staff, ensure safety and licensing compliance, and maintain strong communications with families and school partners.

The role offers early-morning and after-school shifts and opportunities to grow into area or regional management. The position emphasizes hands-on leadership, curriculum planning, and incident reporting, with a focus on delivering

Qualifications

• Experience managing competing priorities while delivering quality service to staff, families, and school partners
• High school diploma or GED completed
• Experience working with children, including those with unique or special needs
• Coursework or training in child development or a related field (preferred)
• Strong oral, written, and visual communication skills with both adults and children
• Comfortable modeling professional standards around students, parents, staff, and community members
• Familiarity with Google Workspace or willingness to learn
• At least 18 years of age
• Washington State requirements: First Aid and CPR, TB test, MMR, Food Handlers Card, 18+, 12 credits, fingerprint background check

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of Educators, providing coaching, feedback, and day-to-day guidance
• Keep site documentation, licensing standards, and safety and attendance protocols up to date and compliant with state and company standards
• Oversee daily check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accurate attendance records
• Communicate regularly with families, school partners, and Area Manager, responding promptly during program hours
• Plan and oversee daily enrichment curriculum, movement, team games, and independent activity stations
• Address and resolve day-to-day issues or conflicts among staff, students, or families
• Monitor the program environment for safety, addressing hazards and ensuring safety protocols are followed
• Report incidents, injuries, or safety concerns promptly and maintain accurate documentation

As a Program Manager, you'll lead a team and oversee daily operations - coaching staff, ensuring safety and compliance, building relationships with families and school partners, and facilitating activities with kids as needed - while gaining valuable leadership and operations experience in the education field.

Program Manager Pay Rate: $23-25/hr (based on education and experience)

Schedule: 5:45am-9:25am & 3:00pm-6pm Mon-Fri

What You'll Do

• Lead and support a team of Educators, providing coaching, feedback, and day-to-day guidance

What We're Looking For
