Job summary

Hillwood Country Club in Nashville is seeking Part-Time Child Care Staff for our Fitness & Child Care facility. You will provide a safe, engaging environment for members’ children while parents work out or enjoy amenities like the sauna and steam rooms.

The role involves caring for children 6 weeks and older, organizing activities, and coordinating with parents. Attendance at staff meetings is required, and a retention bonus after 90 days plus a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Childcare or babysitting experience is a PLUS.
• Positive attitude and passion for providing great care.

Responsibilities

• Care for children 6 weeks and older.
• Observe and maintain proper hygiene of children as needed with toilet training and diaper changing.
• Attend staff meetings and trainings.
• Ensure a safe and risk-free environment.
• Organize and execute activities that involve and entertain children.
• Build relationships and cooperate with parents.
• Assist children with food and beverage consumption.
