Neuropath Behavioral Healthcare is seeking a Part-time Licensed Mental Health Therapist (IIC) to deliver in-home and center-based therapy for youth across Northern New Jersey. Sessions include individual therapy and Telehealth, with a focus on trauma-informed care and evidence-based practices.

The role requires a master's in a relevant field, NJ licensure or eligibility, and the ability to work 10–20 hours per week after school.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Family Therapy, or related field.
• LSW/LAC/LFT licensure or eligibility.
• Clinical Mental Health Trauma Counseling Training.
• Crisis Intervention Training (CSOC) training/certification is a plus.
• Experience creating treatment goals, progress notes, and initial assessments.
• Available for 10–20 hours per week, after-school hours (12:00–20:00); weekend flexibility preferred.
• Valid New Jersey Driver's License.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual In-home therapy and Telehealth sessions.
• Perform bio-psycho-social assessments when needed.
• Implement coping and social skills, anger management, and reduce risk behaviors.
• Help youth and caretakers improve decision-making for in-home challenges.
• Collaborate with the Child Family Treatment Team and other professionals.
• Submit intake, treatment plans, DAP notes, and other documentation within deadlines.
• Attend monthly meetings and complete required clinical documentation.
• Willing to train for Bio-Psycho-Social assessments.
