Job summary

Qualifications

• CPR/AED trained within 1 month of hire.
• Physical requirements include carrying, seeing, hearing, speaking, running, crouching, lifting (25lbs) and walking.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and effective instruction in the class format scheduled.
• Supervise and guide the participants through cheer instruction.
• Provide a safe and clean environment by keeping area clean and free of obstacles.
• Communicate schedules and updates with parents in a kind and professional manner.
• Follow the YMCA mission: To put Christian principles into practice through programs.
