Qualifications

• Must be available for weekends and until 10pm.
• Regular attendance is essential for this role.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds as part of duties.
• Internal candidates: six months in store preferred; one year for Store Support Center.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and courteous service to customers.
• Greet customers prior to checking their order.
• Check out customer purchases accurately.
• Identify produce items and use product codes correctly.
• Distinguish between manufacturer coupons and Schnucks coupons.
• Process manufacturer coupons.
• Collect correct amount due from customers.
• Accept cash, checks, debit/credit, EBT, WIC, and other payments.
• Complete register records accurately.
• Practice and maintain cash security.
• Bag customer orders.
• Change register receipt and coupon tapes.
• Other duties may be assigned by store management.
