Responsibilities

• Provide Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting Walmart products and services.
• Process member purchases, assist in payments, returns, refunds and exchanges according to policy and payment types.
• Assist with Pharmacy products and services, processing prescriptions and OTC orders, stocking and securing Pharmacy supplies, and maintaining paperwork and pharmacy area.
