Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Assists with maintaining a safe and hazard-free environment.
• Assists with providing a therapeutic milieu by encouraging participation in activities and group therapies.
• Leads activity and conversation groups to support clients.
• Helps develop client behavioral expectations.
• Supports unit training and quality assurance programs.
• Participates as a member of the interdisciplinary treatment team.
• Contributes to client treatment planning and discharge planning.
