Job summary

Hireology is seeking a Part-Time Center Associate in Porterville, CA to deliver world-class customer service in a retail setting. You will process packages, operate copiers and POS devices, and advise customers on products and best-value options.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, strong computer skills (MS Office, Adobe Suites), excellent phone and communication skills, and the ability to lift 40+ pounds. Schedule is 25–30 hours per week across six days.

The Part-Time Center Associate delivers world-class customer service to all retail customers by receiving and processing packages for courier shipment and operating copiers, fax machines, binding equipment, laminating machines, and point-of-sale devices.
The Associate expertly advises our valued customers by providing accurate information on our array of products, services, and best-value options and exhibits confidence by knowing best practices related to the industry.
