Job summary

WarHorse Gaming Lincoln, LLC, a division of Ho-Chunk, Inc., seeks a Shuttle Driver to transport team members and guests between the property and designated locations with a focus on safety and guest service. This part-time role operates Fridays and Saturdays from 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM, with potential evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

CDL with a clean record and Nebraska Gaming License are required; strong communication and reliability are essential. Ho-Chunk, Inc.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Nebraska Gaming License.
• Ability to meet insurance carrier motor vehicle record requirements.
• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Uphold and represent the Mission, Vision, and Values of WarHorse Gaming.
• Adhere to all casino, departmental, and safety policies and procedures.
• Safely transport team members and guests along designated routes in a timely manner.
• Assist passengers with boarding, exiting, and handling personal items as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of shuttle vehicle interiors and exteriors.
• Ensure proper vehicle security and key control at all times.
• Report vehicle maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or damages promptly.
• Follow established protocols for vehicle accidents, breakdowns, or emergencies.
• Communicate professionally via radio or phone, reporting emergencies or suspicious activity to Security Leadership.
• Refuel vehicles as required and comply with fueling procedures.
• Attend required meetings and training sessions.
• Perform ID checks at main entrances when cross-trained and assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned
