Job summary

Krapf Group is seeking licensed substitute bus drivers for the Hampton, NJ area on a part-time basis. No experience required – paid CDL training is provided. Expect a split schedule of 20–25 hours per week across AM/PM routes, with 4–5 hours per day and summer opportunities. Eligible for a $5,000 sign-on bonus and benefits after meeting eligibility guidelines.

This role offers flexible hours, advancement opportunities to trainer or dispatcher, and a path to full-time roles.

Qualifications

• Must have held a valid driver's license for at least 1 year.
• Able to pass a background check.
• No experience required; paid training to obtain CDL.

Responsibilities

• Drive part-time routes, covering AM and PM shifts for Flemington, Raritan, and Montgomery.
• Maintain a split schedule with 20–25 hours per week and 4–5 hours daily.
• Sign up for additional hours for sports, trips, and summer programs.
