Job summary

Cream City Concepts seeks a Part-Time CDL-P Shuttle Bus Driver in Milwaukee to operate shuttle buses and motor coaches, transporting passengers safely and cour teously on scheduled routes and events.

You will perform pre-trip inspections, assist with boarding and luggage, log trips and mileage, and coordinate with dispatchers. A safety-first mindset and strong English communication are essential, with weekend/evening availability welcomed.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL-P with passenger endorsement required; clean driving record preferred.
• Experience in bus/shuttle driving or similar roles.
• Mechanical knowledge for inspections and minor repairs.
• Strong English communication with passengers and team.
• Paratransit or limousine knowledge is a plus but not required.
• Delivery or customer service experience demonstrates reliability.
• Ability to work weekends/evenings as needed.
• Safety-focused mindset with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate shuttle buses and motor coaches on routes or events.
• Conduct pre-trip inspections for safety and readiness.
• Assist passengers with boarding and luggage, provide friendly service.
• Maintain logs of trips, mileage, fuel, incidents, and maintenance needs.
• Follow traffic laws and company policies to ensure safety.
• Communicate with dispatchers using radio or other devices.
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance or report issues promptly.
