Job summary

La Vida Llena in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a Part-Time Driver – CDL to provide safe, reliable transportation for residents and guests, operating community vehicles including buses and wheelchair lifts.

The role emphasizes safety, customer service, and assistance boarding and alighting, with pay $16.00 to $19.50 per hour DOE and a benefits package including PTO, retirement plan, profit sharing, license reimbursement, and scholarships.

Qualifications

• Experience driving cars, buses, or providing transportation services preferred.
• CDL Class A/B/C and DOT Medical Certificate preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide transportation for residents to medical appointments, errands, outings, events, and other scheduled destinations.
• Safely operate community vehicles, including buses and wheelchair lifts.
• Assist residents in and out of vehicles and help load/unload walkers and mobility devices.
• Perform vehicle inspections, maintain cleanliness, monitor safety equipment, and report maintenance concerns.
• Respond professionally during emergencies while ensuring residents receive excellent service.
