Job summary

Louis Industries is seeking a part-time CDL Driver to operate local and metro routes in the central Minnesota area. The role supports loading, unloading, and routine vehicle maintenance, while ensuring on-time deliveries and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Requirements include a valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record, a DOT medical exam, and drug/alcohol testing. 3–5 years of commercial driving experience and forklift experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Transport finished goods and materials between Louis Industries, customers, and vendor partners.
• Ensure on-time deliveries while upholding safety, quality, and service standards.
• Assist loading/unloading, vehicle inspections, and routine maintenance.
• Adhere to DOT regulations and internal policies.

About the role

We are growing and looking to add a driver with a valid Class A CDL. This individual will drive both local and metro routes The position is part-time, roughly 20 hours a week.

What you'll do

The CDL Driver is responsible for the safe, efficient, and professional transport of finished goods and materials between Louis Industries, its customers, and vendor partners. This position plays a key role in ensuring on-time deliveries while upholding company standards for safety, quality, and service excellence. The CDL Driver also supports loading, unloading, vehicle inspections, and routine maintenance while adhering to all DOT regulations and internal policies.
