Job summary

McCoy’s Building Supply in Cleveland, TX is seeking a part-time Delivery Driver to move lumber, building materials, and related goods between stores and customer sites.

You will load and unload, deliver to homes or job sites, collect COD payments, verify orders, update delivery records, and provide courteous customer service. Must be 23+ with a valid license and forklift certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Read and speak English sufficiently to communicate with the public.
• Hold a valid driver's license for the vehicle operated.
• Complete on-the-job training; levels 1 and 2 training completed.

Responsibilities

• Delivers lumber and building materials to customers' homes, sites, or businesses.
• Collects COD payments and records customer information per SOP.
• Verifies order details and obtains customer signatures on delivery tickets.
• Loads vehicle safely and maintains vehicle cleanliness and safety checks.
• Acts as a customer service liaison and resolves complaints promptly.
