Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service: Provide SMART customer service, assist customers with locating and loading merchandise, respond to inquiries, and communicate product information.
2. In-stock: Plan delivery activities, load trucks, verify product conditions, and ensure timely delivery.
3. Store Safety and Maintenance: Ensure loads are secure, maintain vehicle and store safety standards, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with DOT regulations.
4. Additional Duties: Operate store equipment, report hazards, and perform other assigned tasks.

Minimum Requirements:

• Class A or B CDL License with appropriate endorsements.
• Valid medical certificate or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to pass MVR screening.
• Ability to obtain necessary licensure, read/write/basic arithmetic skills, and be at least 21 years old.
• Compliance with DOT and CDL regulations.

Preferences:

• 1 year of semi-truck/trailer driving experience or certification.
• 6 months of in-home delivery or retail customer service experience.
• 3 months operating a forklift or similar equipment.
