Job summary

Holistic Industries is seeking a Security Monitoring Associate for part-time shifts to help keep our stores, facilities, and people safe. You will monitor cameras, log visitor entries, and respond to alerts while following cannabis regulations and company policies.

Ideal candidates are observant, communicate clearly under pressure, and can multitask between camera monitoring, logging, and alerts with reliability and flexibility.

Qualifications

• Experience with security systems and CCTV monitoring.
• Ability to log visitor information accurately and timely.
• Strong communication and calmness under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Watch security cameras during the day to keep people and property safe.
• Welcome and check in visitors using iPad and ensure doors are secure.
• Keep logs up to date, including IDs, visitor sign-ins, and notes.
• Report camera or alert issues to leadership promptly.
• Ensure activities align with policies and cannabis regulations.
• Assist with other tasks to keep space clean and safe.
