Catalyst Psychology is seeking a CBT therapist for a part-time role in Newton, MA. You will provide outpatient therapy grounded in CBT and evidence-based approaches, maintaining a caseload of 6-10 sessions per week and delivering goal-oriented sessions with skill practice and exposure-based work when appropriate.

The role offers real scheduling flexibility, with evenings required weekly, and options for hybrid, telehealth, or in-person care to fit around other positions.

Qualifications

• CBT-driven approach with structured, evidence-based practice.
• Experience with CBT-focused case formulation and exposure-based work.
• Interest in specialization across Anxiety, OCD, ADHD, and Insomnia tracks.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual outpatient therapy grounded in CBT and related evidence-based approaches.
• Maintain an average caseload of 6-10 client sessions per week.
• Deliver active, goal-oriented sessions with skills practice and exposure-based work when appropriate.
• Complete documentation accurately and on time.
• Participate in CBT-focused consultation and training for ongoing clinical development.
