Job summary

Apache Nugget Casino is seeking professional Security Officers to maintain a safe and secure environment for guests, employees, and property. You will monitor casino operations, enforce policies, respond to incidents, and ensure compliance with safety and gaming regulations.

Responsibilities include patrolling the floor, verifying IDs, responding to emergencies, escorting cash transfers, and documenting incidents while providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to obtain a gaming license.
• Strong observation and communication skills are essential.
• Must be able to remain calm under pressure.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain is required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor casino floor, entrances, and restricted areas.
• Enforce ID verification and age requirements (21+).
• Respond to emergencies, incidents, and alarms.
• Escort cash transfers and protect company assets.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist patrons.
• Complete accurate incident reports and documentation.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services when needed.
