Starting wage is $19.50 per hour, with increases to $20.00 in Year 2, $20.50 in Year 3, $20.50 in Year 4, and $21.50 in Year 5. Must be available to work early hours; positions include learning store operations and adherence to ALDI policies.

Qualifikationen

• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Ability to operate all store equipment such as cash registers, floor scrubber, baler, pallet jacks and handheld devices.
• Ability to interpret and apply ALDI operating policies and procedures.
• Clear written and spoken communication abilities.
• Solid arithmetic skills for a checkout environment.
