Job summary

ALDI USA is seeking enthusiastic part-time cashiers and stockers in our stores. You will provide friendly checkout service as a cashier and help keep shelves stocked as a stocker, supporting smooth store operations and a great shopping experience.

Starting wage is $19.50 per hour with scheduled increases in years 2–5 to $21.50. Roles require availability, reliability, and ability to work early hours, including mornings.

Qualifications

• Provide prompt, courteous customer service.
• Operate the POS system to process purchases accurately.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures.
• Communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
• Perform basic arithmetic and maintain accuracy.
• Follow instructions and maintain attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly service at checkout.
• Process transactions with accuracy and handle payments.
• Open additional lanes as needed to maintain efficient checkout.
• Assist with curbside pickup order fulfillment and timely delivery to customers’ vehicles.
