Job summary

ALDI USA is seeking friendly part-time Cashiers and Stockers to help create a great shopping experience. Cashiers perform checkout duties using the POS system, while Stockers ensure shelves are stocked and neatly displayed according to merchandising plans.

Starting wage is $19.50 per hour with yearly increases: $20.00 in year 2, $20.50 in years 3 and 4, and $21.50 in year 5. Roles require flexibility for early morning shifts and ability to lift up to 45 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication and numerical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient checkout service using the POS system.
• Assist with maintaining stocked, organized shelves per planograms.
• Follow safety procedures and report hazards.
• Support store management to meet operational and loss prevention goals.
• Open additional lanes as needed to improve checkout efficiency.
• Ensure curbside orders are prepared accurately.
