Qualifications

• Must provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Ability to operate store equipment (cash registers, floor scrubber, pallet jacks, handheld devices).
• Interpret and apply ALDI operating policies and procedures.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Basic arithmetic skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with service and inquiries.
• Support management in achieving efficiency and loss-prevention goals.
• Follow store policies and safety procedures.
• Maintain safe, clean and organized store areas.
• Assist with inventory and merchandising per planograms.
• Stock shelves and ensure readiness for opening at 5:00am in some cases.
• Operate POS system for checkout and curbside orders.
