ALDI USA in Dallas is seeking a part-time team member to deliver friendly, efficient customer service and support store operations. This role involves POS transactions, curbside pickup, stocking, cleaning, and adhering to policies and safety rules.

The position requires early hours, attention to detail, and reliable attendance, with wages starting at $18.50 per hour and annual raises through Year 5. Benefits are offered for full-time and part-time employees where applicable.

Formación

• Prompt and courteous customer service is required.
• Ability to follow instructions and pay attention to detail.
• Strong communication, both written and verbal.
• Basic arithmetic for transactions and balancing.
• Ability to work independently and with others.

Responsabilidades

• Models and fulfills all customer service principles and escalates concerns to store management as necessary.
• Assists store management in achieving operational efficiency goals.
• Assists store management in achieving total loss goals.
• Complies with all established company policies and processes.
• Supports store management in providing a safe working environment by identifying hazards, ensuring ergonomics, and maintaining equipment.
• Maintains store zones and merchandising standards at all times.
• Adheres to inventory procedures and product handling guidelines.
• Performs general cleaning tasks to company standards.
• Properly utilizes POS system to process purchases and reports scanning concerns.
• Adheres to cash policies and follows line policy to ensure efficient checkout.
• Completes curbside pickup orders accurately and timely.
• Stocks shelves and displays neatly following planograms; arrives by 5:00am.
