Job summary

ALDI is seeking enthusiastic part-time cashiers and stockers in Saint Clairsville, OH. Responsibilities include fast, friendly checkout service and keeping shelves stocked and organized to enhance the shopping experience.

Starting wage is $17.50 per hour with planned increases to $18.00, $18.50, and $19.50 over the next years. Minimum age is 18 with a high school diploma preferred; weekend and early shifts may apply.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Ability to operate all store equipment such as cash registers, floor scrubber, etc.

Responsibilities

• Properly utilizes the point-of-sale (POS) system to accurately scan and process customer purchases and informs store management of scanning concerns or errors.
• Stocks shelves and displays neatly while following merchandising planograms to maximize sales.
• Assists store management in achieving operational efficiency goals and maintaining a safe work environment.
