Job summary

ALDI USA in Eureka, Missouri is seeking enthusiastic part-time cashiers and stockers to provide friendly, efficient checkout service and ensure shelves are stocked and organized for a great shopping experience.

Starting wage is $18.50 per hour with planned increases to $19.00, $19.50, and $20.50 over the coming years. Positions are part-time with fewer than 30 hours per week and include benefits for eligible employees, including 401(k) plans and EAP support.

Qualifications

• Prompt and courteous customer service
• Ability to operate store equipment including POS and cleaning tools
• Ability to follow ALDI policies and procedures

Responsibilities

• Maintain and fulfill customer service principles and escalate concerns to management
• Assist store management in achieving operational efficiency goals
• Assist with loss prevention efforts and safety standards
• Follow company policies and procedures and maintain safe working environment
• Maintain merchandising and zone standards and assist with inventory procedures
• Perform general cleaning tasks to company standards
