Job summary

ALDI in Palm Springs is seeking a Part-Time Store Cashier/Stocker. You will provide friendly checkout service as a cashier and help keep shelves stocked and organized as a stocker to ensure an excellent shopping experience.

The role offers starting wage of $20.00 per hour with scheduled increases in Years 2–5 up to $22.10 per hour, and fewer than 30 hours per week. Early morning availability for stocker shifts is required in some cases.

Qualifications

• Must have prompt and courteous customer service.
• Ability to operate all store equipment including POS systems.
• Ability to handle cash policies and basic arithmetic.
• Must meet availability and attendance requirements.
• Prior retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cashier duties: scan items, process purchases, and manage curbside orders.
• Stocker duties: stock shelves, follow planograms, maintain merchandising standards.
• Assist management to achieve store efficiency and safety goals.
