Job summary

Habit Burger & Grill is hiring part-time Cashiers who provide genuine hospitality while taking orders and processing payments. You will greet guests, answer questions about the menu, and ensure a clean, welcoming dining area.

Cross-training across front-of-house stations will help you support the team and grow your value. Successful candidates are friendly, energetic, and possess strong money-handling skills with excellent teamwork.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in related food service cashier position preferred.
• Food Handler’s Card/Certification may be required according to local/state regulations.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on restaurant needs.
• Proficiency in accurately handling money and operating a POS system.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders with a friendly demeanor.
• Process orders and payments accurately at the POS.
• Inform customers about menu items, ingredients, and prices.
• Maintain clean and inviting dining areas and assist in dining room tasks.
• Support BOH team and adapt to different stations as needed.
