Job summary

Menards in Kent, Ohio is seeking part-time Cashier and Front End Team members to deliver a fast, friendly checkout experience and assist customers at the service desk and throughout the front end.

This role includes weekend differential of $3 per hour, store discounts, profit sharing, exclusive savings, flexible scheduling, dental plan, and on-the-job training as part of a growing retail team.

Responsibilities

• Cashier duties: provide fast, friendly customer service at the register and service desk.
• Courtesy Patrol: assist customers with loading, keep parking lot clean, assist at register when needed to reduce wait times.

• Courtesy Patrol: Our Courtesy Patrol Team Members assist our Customers with loading their purchases, keeping our parking lot clean and clear, and assisting at the register when needed to help make sure our Customers have No Waiting for Savings!
