Job summary

Williams Oil Company is seeking part-time TEAM Members in Athens, PA to deliver fast, friendly customer service in a convenience store setting. Starting rate is 13.75 per hour with weekly pay. You will perform customer service, cashier duties, food preparation, and store maintenance while following safety and cleanliness standards.

Eligible applicants must be at least 16 years old with no prior experience required; training is provided. Flexible scheduling and a friendly team environment await.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age.
• Previous retail, cashier, food preparation, or convenience store experience is a plus, but not required. Dandy will help you learn along the way!
• Must be able to stand for extended periods, with bending, reaching, frequent lifting of 10-20 pounds and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Work as a TEAM to provide excellent customer service for all guests.
• Cashier Duties: Complete retail sales and register transactions accurately and efficiently as a clerk/cashier.
• Food Preparation: Prepare and serve quality food and beverage items while following proper food safety and preparation procedures.
• Convenience Store Maintenance: Restock products and maintain a clean and tidy appearance throughout the retail store and work areas.
• And more as assigned.
