Qualifications

• Previous cashiering and cash-handling experience preferred.
• Experience with customer service and food service operations is a plus.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and barista tasks is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Performs sales transactions in a timely fashion.
• Enters all sales into the cash register to ensure purchases are accurately recorded.
• Makes change, accepts various payment types, and issues receipts.
• Follows procedures for issuing cash refunds.
• Interacts with customers and resolves complaints in a friendly manner.
• Maintains cash drawer and reports; adheres to overage/shortage standards.
• Replenishes condiments, coffee, and other beverages; keeps service areas clean.
• Keeps pastry case stocked and ensures sanitation standards.
• Complies with company service standards, inventory, and cash controls.
• Follows ServSafe and safety requirements; performs other duties as assigned.
