Job Title: Part-Time Customer Service Associate

This is a part-time position. The primary responsibility is to take excellent care of our customers by satisfying their needs, exceeding their expectations, and making every shopping visit a pleasant and satisfying experience. This includes following correct bagging procedures, providing carryout and parcel pickup services, loading merchandise into customer vehicles, and returning shopping carts to the store.

Essential Duties and Requirements

1. Customer Service: Provide excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction.
2. Bagging and Loading: Bag items correctly, load merchandise into vehicles, and handle carryout services.
3. Store Maintenance: Return shopping carts and maintain store cleanliness and organization.
4. Communication Skills: Possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively in English.
5. Physical Ability: Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 40 pounds, and perform physical tasks required by the role.
6. Training: Complete company training programs including orientation, safety, and technical skills.

Qualifications

Physical and Work Environment
