Sapp Bros, Inc. is opening a brand-new store in St. George, Utah, and seeks a part-time Cashier / Retail Sales Associate.

You’ll be the face of the store, greeting customers, handling transactions, and keeping shelves stocked and tidy. This role supports store operations and patient customer experiences while you grow with a dedicated team. Responsibilities include friendly checkout service, stock management, and maintaining a clean sales floor.

As a Cashier / Retail Sales Associate, you’ll be the face of our store, creating a welcoming environment where customers feel valued. Key responsibilities include:

• Greeting each customer with a warm welcome and a genuine smile.
• Providing fast, accurate, and friendly service at the register.
• Keeping the store clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Restocking shelves, managing beverage areas, and assisting with inventory.
• Ensuring all areas, including restrooms and outdoor spaces, are spotless and inviting.
• Contributing to smooth store operations by assisting with various tasks.

Requirements

Qualifications Include:

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Willingness and ability to learn.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to provide proper documentation to establish your identity and eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Willingness to undergo a criminal background and employment reference check.
