Job summary

RG&T Solutions is seeking a friendly and reliable cashier to operate the register, assist customers, and maintain accurate pricing and signage in a Minnesota location. The role involves weighing and bagging items, handling multiple payment methods, and providing courteous service daily.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and basic math skills, a high school diploma or GED, and prior retail experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of retail or related experience preferred.
• Strong verbal communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.

• Operate cash register and electronic scanner efficiently.
• Handle various payment methods accurately, including cash, checks, credit cards, and government assistance programs.
• Ensure proper weighing, bagging, and product identification.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and adherence to safety and sanitation standards.
• Assist with stocking, merchandising, and customer inquiries.
• Follow all safety, food safety, and security policies.
• Support other departments as needed and perform additional tasks as assigned.
