Job summary

The Harrisburg Juvenile Treatment Center in Harrisburg, Arkansas, is seeking a Part Time Case Manager to join our clinical team. You will support trauma-informed programming for at-risk youth, collaborating with families, school staff, and placing agencies.

Schedule is Monday–Friday 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Compensation ranges from $20.19 to $21.63 per hour, plus a $1,000 bonus on completion of essential skills; driving eligibility and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug, physical, and TB test
• Be able to pass a search of the child and adult abuse central registry
• Must meet the requirements to become an ROP eligible driver, including having a valid Driver's License

Responsibilities

• The Case Manager implements the Rite of Passage program and develops, facilitates case plans and treatment programs for each student on your caseload
• Serve as primary program liaison between student, parents/guardians, staff, and placing agency officials
• Provide progress notes and organize court hearings, Probation Officer visits, student visits and home passes

Pay

$20.19 - $21.63 per hour, depending on level of education and experience

What you will do:

The Case Manager is a key member of the site’s Clinical team implementing the Rite of Passage program. This position is responsible for administering, developing, and facilitating the completion of case plans and treatment programs in accordance with the requests of the placing agency and the needs of each student on your case load. The Case Manager is considered the primary program liaison between student, parents/legal guardians, other staff members, and the placing agency officials. This position will provide progress notes, as well as organize and facilitate court hearings, Probation Officer visits, students visit, and home passes.
