Job summary

Infallible Home Care, LLC is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our team and provide high-quality in-home care across Michigan. You will support clients with daily living activities, health monitoring, and medication reminders while maintaining dignity and respect.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years of caregiving experience, strong communication, and a valid driver's license. We offer flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and opportunities to advance from part-time to full-time roles.

• 1+ years of professional caregiving experience with seniors, MUST include previous employment history when applying.
• Able to work Independently.
• View/treat vulnerable population with empathy, dignity, and respect.

Responsibilities

• Provide long-term care and personal assistance.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, and medication reminders.
• Utilize premium skills like first aid and knowledge of residents' rights to ensure quality care.
• Drive to appointments or outings as needed, utilizing a valid driver's license.
• Demonstrate compassion and empathy while supporting individuals with developmental disabilities or Alzheimer's.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, including meal preparation and light housekeeping tasks
