Job summary

Always Best Care Atlanta is seeking a compassionate and dependable Caregiver/PCA to support clients in their homes in Dallas, GA. In this part-time position, you will provide meaningful care while promoting independence and quality of life.

The ideal candidate will possess relevant certifications such as CNA or PCA, have a current TB test, and demonstrate compassion and reliability. The role allows for flexible scheduling to meet client needs and is oriented towards making a difference in clients' lives.

Qualifications

• Relevant certifications or training for the role.
• Current TB test.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and support daily routines.
• Assist with personal care needs as required.
• Provide mobility assistance and fall prevention support.
• Encourage hydration, nutrition, and proper self-care.
• Observe and report changes in client condition or needs.
• Maintain open communication with office staff.
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation as needed.
