Job summary

Papa, Inc. in Bell Gardens, CA is seeking part-time companion caregivers (Papa Pals) to provide friendly companionship and practical help to older adults and families. You’ll earn up to $18 per hour and choose flexible hourly visits through the mobile app. No prior caregiving experience is required.

You’ll help with light house tasks, errands, transportation, and share moments of genuine connection. A valid U.S. driver's license, access to a vehicle and a smartphone are needed to get started.

Qualifications

• Age 21 or older.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Valid U.S. issued driver's license.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Able to pass a motor vehicle report.
• Proof of valid vehicle insurance with your name on the policy.
• Access to a smartphone.
• Access to a vehicle [VEHICLE_YEAR] or newer.
• No prior healthcare or caregiving experience required.
• Kind-hearted, patient and caring.

Responsibilities

• Provide part-time companionship and assistance to older adults and families.
• Help around the house and run errands.
• Provide transportation and friendly company.
• Use the mobile app to select hourly visits (typically 2–4 hours).
