As a Papa Pal, you will provide part-time companionship, help with light housework, run errands, and offer transportation when needed. No prior caregiving experience is required, and you can use the mobile app to select short visits and build your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Valid U.S. driver's license.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Able to pass a motor vehicle report (MVR).
• Proof of valid vehicle insurance in your name.
• Access to a smartphone.
• Access to a vehicle (year [VEHICLE_YEAR] or newer).
• No prior healthcare or caregiving experience required.
• Kind-hearted, patient and caring.

Responsibilities
