Job summary

Qualifications

• Successful completion of medication administration training per state requirements.
• Maintains up-to-date medication certification per state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Administers prescribed medications and treatments to residents per state guidelines.
• Observes effects, notes adverse events, and documents in medication records.
• Communicates concerns with Wellness Director or designated personnel.
• Supports daily living activities: personal hygiene, socialization, cognition, health.
• Encourages resident independence while preserving dignity and choice.
