Job summary

CareCo Home Care in Kennebunk, ME is seeking compassionate caregivers to support clients at home, helping with daily routines, personal care, meals, and mobility. You’ll provide companionship, light housekeeping, and coordinate with the CareCo team to ensure safety and comfort.

A valid English speaker, reliable transport, and punctuality are essential; CNA/PSS is a plus but not required. Orientation session is 2 hours.

Qualifications

• A high level of spoken English is required.
• No criminal record is required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
• Ability to cook simple meals for clients.
• Punctual and reliable with consistent attendance.
• CNA or PSS license is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily routines and personal care.
• Provide personal hygiene support for clients.
• Prepare meals for clients.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with ambulation and mobility as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping as needed.
• Communicate with the CareCo team as needed.

About the Role

As a caregiver with CareCo, you will support clients in their homes and help them remain safe, comfortable, and independent. Responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with daily routines and personal care
• Personal hygiene support
• Meal preparation
• Companionship and emotional support
• Ambulation support
• Light housekeeping as needed
• Communicating with the CareCo team as needed

Requirements and Preferences

Orientation

Join us and complete a 2-hour orientation:

• Tuesdays at 9 AM or by appointment
• 1293 Main Street, Suite E, Sanford, ME

Please bring:

• Valid identification (2 forms)
• Smartphone for scheduling and payroll

Dress code: Scrubs or business casual (NO JEANS)
