Job summary

Trove Home Care LLC. is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide one-on-one, in-home support. You will help clients maintain independence, comfort, and quality of life through companionship and non-medical personal care tailored to each client’s needs.

The role emphasizes consistent part-time hours (Mon, Wed, Fri 1:00-5:00 PM) with potential for holiday and overtime pay, and a locally owned team dedicated to supporting caregivers.

Qualifications

• CNA, PCA, or HHA certification preferred.
• At least 6 months of caregiving experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with active auto insurance required.
• Ability to follow individualized care plans and document care accurately.
• Dependable, compassionate and committed to quality care.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, one-on-one support in clients' homes.
• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility support as needed.
• Provide companionship to maintain independence and quality of life.
• Assist with meals, light housekeeping, and transportation to appointments.
• Follow care plans and document observations accurately.

Job description

• Competitive pay: $18-$25/hr, based on experience

As a caregiver, you'll provide compassionate, one-on-one support in clients' homes, helping them maintain their independence, comfort, and quality of life. Care may include companionship and assistance with everyday activities, as well as non-medical personal care based on each client's individual needs.

What You'll Do

Caregivers may assist clients with a variety of activities of daily living, including:

• Providing transportation to appointments, errands, and other activities


• Offering medication reminders


• Preparing meals and providing light cooking assistance


• Helping with light housekeeping and household tasks


• Providing companionship and meaningful support

Caregivers with the appropriate CNA, PCA, or HHA certification may also provide hands-on personal care, including:

• Assistance with dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene


• Feeding assistance


• Mobility and ambulation support


• Bathing assistance


• Transfers, including bed-to-chair and chair-to-bed


• Toileting and incontinence care

What We're Looking For

• CNA, PCA, or HHA certification preferred


• At least 6 months of professional or personal caregiving experience preferred


• Strong communication skills when working with clients, families, and team members


• Valid driver's license and active auto insurance required


• Ability to follow individualized care plans and maintain accurate documentation


• Dependable, compassionate, and committed to providing quality care
