SYNERGY HomeCare of Justin is seeking a part-time caregiver to deliver compassionate in-home support, including personal care, meal prep, medication reminders, and light housekeeping. You will engage clients with meaningful activity and companionship to promote overall well-being, under supervision as needed.

The role emphasizes teamwork with families and healthcare professionals, flexibility in scheduling, and a supportive environment designed to help you grow within the organization.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Ability to lift, bend, and transfer clients as needed.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to client care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work varying schedules, including weekends and evenings.

Responsabilités

• Provide personal care and assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assist with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, medication management, and light housekeeping.
