As a Papa Pal, you will provide companionship, light home help, errands, and transportation to seniors and families in the Orange area, making a positive impact in your community while earning a competitive wage.

Qualifications

• Age 21 or older.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Valid U.S. issued driver’s license.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Able to pass a motor vehicle report.
• Proof of valid vehicle insurance in your name.
• Access to a smartphone and a vehicle [VEHICLE_YEAR] or newer.
• No prior healthcare or caregiving experience required.
• Kind-hearted, patient, and caring.

Responsabilités

• Provide companionship and assistance to older adults and families.
• Help around the house and run errands.
• Provide transportation and use the mobile app to select visits (typically 2–4 hours).
