Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Valid U.S. issued driver’s license.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Able to pass a motor vehicle report.
• Proof of valid vehicle insurance with your name on the policy.
• Access to a smartphone.
• Access to a vehicle [VEHICLE_YEAR] or newer.

Responsibilities

• Provide part-time companionship and assistance to older adults and families.
• Assist with light house tasks and errands, transportation, and note-worthy interactions.
• Use Papa’s mobile app to accept 2–4 hour visit opportunities and schedule around personal life.
