Job summary

Papa, Inc. is seeking part-time companion caregivers in Nampa, ID. Earn up to $16.00/hr with bonuses and mileage reimbursement where available.

Work on your own flexible schedule using the mobile app to select hourly visit opportunities, typically 2–4 hours each, and build a schedule around your life. You’ll provide part-time companionship and assistance to older adults and families, including help with tasks at home, errands, transportation, and friendly company.

Qualifications

• Age 21 or older.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Valid U.S. issued driver’s license.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Ability to pass a motor vehicle report.
• Proof of valid vehicle insurance with your name on the policy.
• Access to a smartphone.
• Access to a vehicle [VEHICLE_YEAR] or newer.
• Kind-hearted, patient, and caring (no prior healthcare or caregiving experience required).
• Available to work 2 or more hours per week.

Responsibilities
