Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Valid U.S. issued driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• Access to a smartphone and reliable transportation.
• No prior caregiving experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide part-time companionship to older adults and families.
• Assist with light house tasks and running errands; provide transportation.
• Coordinate visits through the Papa app and maintain reliable scheduling.
