As a Papa Pal, you may provide transportation, in-home support, light tasks, or errands in your area. Earn up to $22/hr, with typical earnings from $13–$17/hr, depending on visit type and location.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid U.S. driver's license.
• Background check completed.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Access to a reliable vehicle with active auto insurance meeting platform requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide transportation to local destinations.
• Offer non-medical companionship and engage in conversation, walks, games, or shared activities.
• Assist with light daily tasks and errands in the home or community.
• Maintain safe, respectful interactions with clients and uphold company guidelines.
