Papa, Inc. in Mountainside, NJ is seeking part-time companion caregivers to provide compassionate companionship and practical support to older adults and their families.

Employees schedule visits typically 2–4 hours, with the flexibility to choose shifts via a mobile app. A valid US driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a friendly, patient personality are essential. No prior caregiving experience is required.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• English-speaking with effective communication.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to pass a background check and a motor vehicle report.
• Access to a vehicle with insurance and is insured in your name; access to a vehicle year or newer.
• Access to a smartphone.
• Availability to work at least 2 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Assist with everyday tasks such as household chores and running errands.
• Provide transportation to appointments and events.
• Offer friendly companionship and emotional support.
• Use the mobile app to accept hourly visit opportunities and build a schedule around your life.
